It has been brought to our attention that some delegates have been contacted by fake companies with regards to hotel bookings for the WMS 2024 Congress in Prague. Please read more here: https://www.wms2024.com/news/view/wms-2024-congress-hotel-email-scam 

Accommodation is not included in your registration fee for the Congress. Guarant International has been appointed as the official booking agent for the WMS2024 Congress in Prague and will be happy to assist you with your bedroom reservation or other related arrangements.

We strongly advise booking your accommodation early to take advantage of cheaper prices and more availability of options. Delegates are entirely responsible for their own accommodation arrangements and payments. Please do not book accommodation if you do not have a confirmed Congress registration.

If you require an early check-in at your hotel you need to request this and it may involve paying for the night before to secure this. If your travel plans change or you are delayed on the expected day of arrival please inform the hotel so that they know to still keep your room for you.

The Congress HQ Hotel is the Holiday Inn Prague Congress Centre. Hotel rooms of different categories at reduced rates are available for the participants at WMS2024. Breakfast in this hotel will be available from 6:30 to 10:30, Monday to Friday, and from 7:00 to 11:00 on Saturday and Sunday each morning in the restaurant. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is possible until 12:00.
