Group Activity Networking Reception

The Kaiserstein Palace - is one of the most interesting palaces that adorn the centre of Prague. It was rebuilt several times and modified back to its original form and it has been a cultural monument since 1964. The palace was built and completed in 1714 by rebuilding two houses.

The Palace consists of two buildings, the Baroque part facing Malostranské náměstí and the Renaissance building facing Josefská Street, where Renaissance vaults and late Renaissance beamed ceilings decorated with paintings are still preserved.
The building does not have the usual shield but the attic is decorated with sculptures of the Four Elements (Fire, Air, Water, Earth) and decorative vases, the work of the Italian sculptor Ottavio Mosto.

The Kaiserstein Palace is ideally located for delegates to gather after their various group activities in the afternoon. The Group Activity Networking Reception will be a short event with drinks and canapes and delegates will then be free to enjoy the rest of the evening in Prague. Delegates will have their Congress Metro ticket to enable them to easily travel back to their hotel at the end of the evening. We will provide more information nearer the time regarding the Metro stations and closing times.

The reception will take place over several floors in this historic building. There are lifts and stairs in the building however please note that not all floors are accessible to those requiring lift access. Please make your own way to the reception to arrive at 18:30.

Accessibility: We are working closely with our local activity providers to ensure the accessibility information for our group activities is accurate and up to date. If you have any accessibility questions or concerns please refer to the Accessibility page or contact [email protected]
