How to upload your presentation

Oral Presenter (INV/TC /O /LBO)

Please send your finalised presentation slides to our Speaker Manager: Sue Munro at [email protected]
These presentations will be shared with the AV Team at the venue in plenty of time before your presentation.
When saving your presentation, the file name should have the following format: yourSurname-DAY-time.ppt (e.g. Smith-FRI-1040.ppt) (NB use only hyphens between name, day and time).

Short Oral Presenter (P)

All Short Oral Presentations must be uploaded to the abstract portal. Instructions to upload your file/s will be provided by June 2024. 
When saving your presentation, the file name should have the following format: yourSurname-DAY-time.ppt (e.g. Smith-FRI-1040.ppt) (NB use only hyphens between name, day and time).
The uploaded slides will be shared with the AV technicians only for the presentation and not displayed on the platform or app.

Poster Highlights Presenter (P)

In-Person Poster Presenter (P/LBP)

All Poster Presentations must be uploaded to the abstract portal. Instructions to upload your file/s will be provided by June 2024.

Virtual Poster Presenter (VP/LBVP)

All Virtual Poster Presentations must be uploaded to the abstract portal. Instructions to upload your file/s will be provided by June 2024. 

Video Recording (mp4) to accompany your Poster (all In-person and Virtual Poster Presenters)

Steps to upload your mp4 file to the Congress platform will be provided by June 2024 with the abstract outcome notification.

Poster printing

The same file used for poster printing can also be uploaded to the virtual Congress platform (PDF).

We have arranged for a local printer to support delegates with poster printing (cost EUR 20 inclusive of VAT) and delivery to the venue. They will be supplied flat in numerical order (not in a tube) identified by your Pxx number in the top left. Please liaise directly with them if you wish to use their services, WMS is only providing their contact details below:

Process to order your poster print:

• Contact Guarant International at [email protected] to order your poster printing.
• Process payment via link – will be available from end May.
• Payment reference: WMS 2024 and your first and last name.
• Email your PDF file for printing with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi by the deadline date.
• Posters printed by Guarant International will be printed in colour to max size (84cm x 119cm) on 200 gsm semi-gloss paper.
• Files must be received by 17:00 local time on Monday 30th September 2024. These posters will be ready for collection at the dedicated poster desk in the Forum Hall at the Prague Congress Centre.
• Files received after 17:00 local time on Monday 30th September 2024 every effort will be made to deliver on Tuesday 8th October 2024.

It is not compulsory to use this printer to print your poster or use the same material they use, they are there to help you if you need them.

Poster size

• Printed posters should be made in portrait orientation.
• Maximum 119cm (height) x 84cm (width) or A0.
• If your poster does not match these dimensions, we cannot guarantee that it will fit the poster boards. QR Codes for additional information may be included on posters. There are no restrictions regarding the information that you may link to.
